The tour begins with a boat ride around the mangrove tourism area, where we explain the importance of mangrove and coastal preservation. Participants then engage in planting mangrove seedlings within the Surabaya mangrove area, gaining hands-on experience in conservation efforts.
  2. Sweeping the Coast, Greeting Nature: Collective Coastal Cleanup Action. We invite participants to take concrete action and demonstrate their commitment to the environment by participating in a cleanup activity along the coast of the Surabaya Mangrove Botanical Garden. Additionally, participants receive education on waste sorting and the dangers that trash poses to mangrove seedling growth and environmental cleanliness.
  3. Fun Games: Exciting game sessions are included to boost enthusiasm and foster camaraderie throughout the activities.
  4. Steps Toward Sustainability: Getting to Know the Mangrove Ecosystem. In this session, participants explore the mangrove area while gaining a deeper understanding of this unique ecosystem, directly experiencing its biodiversity, ecological functions, and the role mangroves play in environmental sustainability.
  5. Mangrove Eye: Wildlife Observation and Strategic Viewpoints. Participants observe wildlife while traversing the entire mangrove area, including the aviary and the observation tower (Marina Tower). They will learn about various species of waterbirds and other fauna. A discussion on the importance of maintaining ecosystem balance will be part of this activity.
  6. Leaving a Mark, Guardians of the Earth: To conclude, we will invite participants to leave a tangible mark of their contribution by presenting a token of appreciation to the mangrove area management and joining a group photo session.
