This is not a typical vacation. It’s a week of discovery, hands-on impact, and stories you’ll take home long after the bags are unpacked. Over six days, you’ll move from coastal forests and volcanic sunrises to wildlife conservation and underwater restoration—while staying comfortable, guided, and fully supported.
We begin in Surabaya, planting mangroves where land and sea meet. From there, we chase dawn over Mount Bromo and wander through ancient forests in Banyuwangi. You’ll spend time on hidden beaches, see sea turtles up close, and help protect coral reefs in Bali. Every day brings new landscapes, new perspectives, and chances to take part—not just observe.
Before we get into the daily breakdown, think of this journey as a flow of new places, real action, and shared moments. You won’t just move from one spot to another—you’ll be part of experiences that feel natural, meaningful, and genuinely enjoyable.
The journey starts on the coastline of Surabaya, where you’re not just observing nature—you’re immediately part of it. Mangrove planting, light cleanup activities, and group interaction introduce you to the landscape in a hands-on way. You’ll see how coastal forests protect the shoreline and absorb carbon, all while experiencing the environment up close.
As dawn approaches, the road leads to one of Indonesia’s most iconic volcanoes. The sunrise over Mount Bromo sets the scene for a day surrounded by dramatic views—from the wide caldera and smoking crater to the savanna, whispering sands, and the rolling Teletubbies Hills. It’s the kind of landscape that feels otherworldly yet grounding.
In Banyuwangi, the atmosphere shifts into a mix of forest and coast. Walking through the tall, timeless trees of De Djawatan feels like stepping into a story. From there, you continue to Teluk Hijau, a quiet cove with striking turquoise water. As evening arrives, you witness sea turtles nesting along protected shores—an experience that’s calm, rare, and unforgettable.
The next chapter takes you to the shoreline once more, where hatchling sea turtles are released into the ocean at first light. Watching them move instinctively into the waves marks a moment of quiet impact. Afterwards, Pulau Merah offers time to explore, breathe, and connect with the coastal setting at an easy pace.
In Bali, the focus shifts beneath the water. You’ll take part in a coral restoration workshop, learning how reefs are rehabilitated with the help of communities and conservation teams. A snorkeling session lets you see how coral structures are placed under the surface—turning knowledge into real contribution.
The final part of the journey brings you into a traditional village setting, where daily life, crafts, and local customs offer a grounded closing experience. A relaxed stop for souvenirs rounds out the day, giving space to appreciate the week’s memories before heading home
